Soerabi Ontjom

howdy mate (in steve irwin dialect). mkay, this one is another excellent food named soerabi ontjom, the history of it being named after soerabi ontjom was….. dunno. have no idea. that’s not the point anyway, the point is that it tastes great. strongly recommend serve it first thing before breakfast or it can be breakfast itself if you ate plenty enough. about 10cm in diameters, baked in charcoal. such one of a kind.

Hmm.. i though its pizza. I don’t realize that soerabi. Nice pic. But hey you can mix it with cheese and chocolatte. So that will be a modern soerabi. People already sold them in Bandung now.
